When I started working with WordPress back in 2010, I had no guide, no community, and no idea whether I was doing things the “right” way. I learned by experimenting, breaking things, fixing them, and slowly figuring it all out. It was exciting, but also frustrating and pretty lonely at times.
After building and managing hundreds of WordPress sites over the years, I realised how much easier the journey could be with clear guidance and a supportive place to ask questions. That’s what sparked the idea for WP Odyssey, a way to give people the help I wish I’d had when I started.
This led me to create my YouTube channel and this blog, both designed to make WordPress easier for anyone who wants to learn it properly, without the overwhelm. Everything I share comes from real experience, the mistakes I made, and the lessons that helped me build a career where I’ve built over 200 websites and manage more than 100 active client sites.
For those who want extra support, there’s also the WP Odyssey community on Skool, a friendly space to learn how to master WordPressat at your own pace, ask questions, get guidance, and connect with others on the same journey.
